In the best of times it can be challenging to know what really nourishes us. Over the past year we have been strained by this global pandemic, racial injustices, severe weather patterns, unemployment and political unrest. So how are we to put one foot in front of the other each day?
The good news is we can. Research has shown that well-being skills can be learned. I’m a mindfulness (MBSR) instructor and health and wellness coach. I know first hand how these tools lift me up. I’ve dedicated my career to equipping veterans, healthcare professionals, corporate warriors and emerging adults to live happier more resilient lives.
